Senegal, very committed to the rule of law and for African unity is one of the first countries to ratify the Treaty of Port Louis, establishing the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) . Thus, in order to actively participate in the coherent integration of harmonized law in the national order, monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of this law in its improvement and promotion of the right derived from the OHADA through information, communication and documentation, Senegal created by Decree No. 2008-1049 of 17 September 2008 an independent national body ensuring the link between the national authorities and the OHADA designated "national Commission OHADA "
