COMMUNE DE JUSTICE ET D\u2019ARBITRAGE DE L\u2019OHADA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vu le Trait\u00e9 de Port-Louis du 17 octobre 1993 relatif \u00e0 l\u2019Harmonisation du droit des affaires en Afrique, tel que r\u00e9vis\u00e9 \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec le 17 octobre 2008 notamment en ses articles 21 \u00e0 26;<br \/>\nVu le R\u00e8glement d\u2019arbitrage de la Cour Commune de Justice et d\u2019Arbitrage de l\u2019OHADA du 23 novembre 2017 notamment en son article 3.2 ;<br \/>\nVu les d\u00e9cisions des Assembl\u00e9es pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res du 03 ao\u00fbt et du 18 d\u00e9cembre 2017 ;<br \/>\nVu la D\u00e9cision 068\/2018\/CCJA\/ADM\/ARB fixant les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019inscription et de renouvellement sur la liste des arbitres de la CCJA ;<br \/>\nVu les d\u00e9cisions de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re du 23 d\u00e9cembre 2019 ;<br \/>\nVu les candidatures au titre des ann\u00e9es 2018, 2019 et 2020 ;<\/p>\n<p><strong>DECIDE<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Article 2 :<\/strong> Les arbitres, ant\u00e9rieurement inscrits sur la liste de la CCJA, sont pri\u00e9s de proc\u00e9der au renouvellement de leur inscription avant le 31 mars 2021.<br \/>\n<strong>Article 3 :<\/strong> Les arbitres mentionn\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019article 2 ci-dessus qui n\u2019auront pas effectu\u00e9 le renouvellement de leur inscription, seront retir\u00e9s de ladite liste.<br \/>\n<strong>Article 4 :<\/strong> les arbitres inscrits sur la liste de la CCJA, retir\u00e9s de ladite liste et d\u00e9sireux d\u2019y figurer \u00e0 nouveau, devront se soumettre aux formalit\u00e9s d\u2019inscription.<br \/>\n<strong>Article 5 :<\/strong> La pr\u00e9sente d\u00e9cision entre en vigueur \u00e0 compter de sa date de signature.<\/p>\n<p>Fait \u00e0 Abidjan, le 31 d\u00e9cembre
