operators,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>the representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Benin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>and the representative of the National Union of Magistrates of Benin .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The Commission has no website. It uses the post box of the Ministry of Justice 01 BP 967 Cotonou. commision<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The commission is currently governed by Decree No 2010-271 of 11 June 2010 on the establishment, composition , responsibilities, organization and functioning of the National Commission for the Study of the legal texts of the Permanent Secretariats of the Organization for the Harmonization in Africa of Business Law .<\/p>\n<p>The current members of the Commission were appointed by the ministerial decree N \u00b0 0248 \/ MJLDH \/ MEF \/ DC \/ SG \/ SA of 15 March 2005 appointing the members of the National Commission for the Study of the legal texts of the Permanent Secretariats of Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa ( currently being updated ) .<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n                        <\/div>\n by Decree No 2010-271 of 11 June 2010 on the establishment, composition , responsibilities, organization and functioning of the National Commission for the Study of the legal texts of the Permanent Secretariats of the Organization for the Harmonization in Africa of Business Law .<\/p>\n<p>The current members of the Commission were appointed by the ministerial decree N \u00b0 0248 \/ MJLDH \/ MEF \/ DC \/ SG \/ SA of 15 March 2005 appointing the members of the National Commission for the Study of the legal texts of the Permanent Secretariats of Organization for the Harmonization of Business
