Conakry (Guinea)<strong><br \/>\nDate of publication in the Official Journal of OHADA:\u00a0<\/strong>December 15, 2017<strong><br \/>\nDate of entry into force:\u00a0<\/strong>March 15, 2018<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/attachments\/article\/2290\/Acte-Uniforme-relatif-au-droit-d-arbitrage-2017.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/images\/Banniere-Telecharger\/EN-Click_here_to_download_the_Uniform-Act.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Adopted on 23 November 2017 to replace the initial text of 11 March 1999, the new Uniform Act on Arbitration Law (UAA) constitutes the ordinary law of arbitration for all OHADA Member States.
