The High Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA)<\/strong> of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA)<\/strong> is organizing in partnership with the Conference of OHADA bars and the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA)<\/strong> a training session on \u00ab Referral to CCJA in contentious cases : How to avoid inadmissibility \u00bb in Abidjan ( Ivory Coast).<\/p>\n This training session aims to enhance the capacity of the actors of the judicial system on the conditions and methods of referral to CCJA in contentious cases. It will help to improve legal security by allowing lawyers and bailiffs to avoid inadmissibility and the Court to consolidate its mission of monitoring uniform interpretation and enforcement of Uniform Acts.<\/p>\n Venue<\/strong><\/span> : Head office of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) , Abidjan ( Ivory-Coast) To register<\/strong><\/p>\n The training fees shall cover the training materials and equipments, coffee and lunch breaks on the training days.
