The High Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA)<\/strong> of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA)<\/strong>, organizes from July 15 to 19, 2019 in Yaound\u00e9 (Cameroon) at the Permanent Secretary of OHADA<\/strong> a series of activities.<\/p>\n

1. Training session N\u00b01 on :  ” Legal and accounting techniques for corporate restructurings : how to realize mergers, demergers, and partial contributions to assets in OHADA Law ? “<\/strong><\/p>\n

This training session mainly aims to build the capacities of the auditors on feasibility study, preparation, realization, execution and accounting processing of mergers, demergers and partial contribution to assets operations.<\/p>\n

\nProfessor Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE<\/strong>, Associate professor of Law, General Director of ERSUMA ;

2. ERSUMA Morning time \u2013 Training on : ” Immunity of execution within OHADA zone “<\/strong><\/p>\n

The main purpose of this session is to reinforce the capacity of the auditors on the concept, objectives, challenges and current issues of immunity from execution as well as the methods of identification of the beneficiaries of immunity from execution. It also considers preventive and curative treatment of the drawbacks of immunity from execution.<\/p>\n
