The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA)<\/strong> of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA)<\/strong> organises several activities in Pointe Noire in the Democratic Republic of Congo<\/strong> from 22 to 26 October 2018 at L\u2019Orchid\u00e9e Hotel, Avenue Emeraude.<\/p>\n

1-<\/strong> Training session on the theme:” Mastering the new legal framework on arbitration and mediation in the OHADA Space.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The purpose of this session is to build the capacity of the auditors on the new framework of alternative dispute resolution in the OHADA space, to specify the outlines of the Uniform Act on mediation and to understand the innovations of this Act.
\nTrainers:<\/p>\n

Mrs. Bintou BOLI DJIBO<\/strong>, Business Lawyer. Arbitrator. Mediator. Permanent Secretary of the Arbitration, Mediation and Conciliation Centre of Ouagadougou (CAMCO);

The ERSUMA Matin\u00e9es will be conducted by Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Law Lecturer, and General Director of ERSUMA.<\/p>\n

\nCost<\/strong> : 50.000 FCFA<\/p>\n

Theme N\u00b02 : \u201clegal arrangements on corporate development in OHADA space\u201d<\/strong>
\nTarget audience<\/strong>: lawyers, bailiffs, corporate advisers, corporate directors, managers and economic operators.
\nDate and time<\/strong>: Wednesday 24 October 2018 from 03pm to 06pm
\nCost<\/strong> : 50.000 FCFA<\/p>\n

2.2. Conference Matin\u00e9e on the theme : \u201cOHADA and corporate performance \u201d<\/strong>
\nTarget audience<\/strong>: For all

Registration requirements<\/strong> : <\/p>\n

Fill and send the registration form to ERSUMA;<\/strong>
\nPay the training fees amounting to: <\/strong>
\n350.000 FCFA for the alternative dispute resolution session <\/strong>
\n50.000 FCFA for the Training Matin\u00e9es<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Students and postgraduates willing to attend the trainings will have a 40% discount on the cost of training after justifying their status (a scanned copy of student registration certificate in support of the application). Applications shall be sent to the Director General of ERSUMA through the e-mail address ersuma@ohada.org<\/a><\/span>. The reduction shall not apply to the cost of Training Matin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

The training fees shall cover the equipment and teaching materials, coffee breaks and lunch during the training period. Travel, accommodation and other restoration expenses shall be borne by the participant.<\/strong><\/p>\n
