\u00a0<\/strong>2nd<\/sup> Edition of the AFRICAN DAYS OF ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Theme: THE SETTLEMENT OF COMMERCIAL AND INVESTMENT DISPUTES THROUGH ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF OHADA AND AfCFTA<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration, in partnership with ERSUMA, APAA and NICArb, is organising the 2nd edition of the African Days of Arbitration and Mediation, scheduled for 27th and 28th July 2023, in Abidjan, C\u00f4te d’Ivoire, on the premises of CGECI “Le Patronat Ivoirien<\/em>” and on ERSUMA’s videoconference platform.<\/p>\n

Under the High Patronage of Mr Jean Sansan KAMBILE, Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of C\u00f4te d’Ivoire, the conference aims at reviewing the CCJA institutional Arbitration system, identifying disputes likely to arise with the entry into force of the AfCFTA and the vast integrated African market, and presenting both African and non-African offers for the alternative settlement of such disputes.<\/p>\n

The sessions will be held in English and French, with simultaneous translation into Spanish and Portuguese.<\/p>\n
