Professor Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE<\/span><\/i><\/b>, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, was received in audience on the 29th<\/sup> of November 2023 by H.E.M. Sansan KAMBILE<\/b>, Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of C\u00f4te d’Ivoire. In the presence of their close collaborators, the two personalities exchanged on various topics of interest to OHADA.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

For this occasion, the Permanent Secretary was accompanied by representatives of OHADA’s other two operational institutions: the First Vice-President of the CCJA and a Judge, on behalf of the Court, as well as the Director General of ERSUMA.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

It should be noted that the day before, the CCJA plenary assembly received the solemn declaration of Dr. Karel DOGUE<\/b>, new Director General of ERSUMA, and Dr. Mamadou KONE<\/b>, Secretary General in charge of the arbitration center of the said Court.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n
