The workshop, which is also open to online participants, is being held in the presence of <b>Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE<\/b>, OHADA&#8217;s Permanent Secretary.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><i><span lang=\"EN-US\" data-ogsc=\"black\">For two days, Judicial and Legal Officers, lawyers, notaries public, bailiffs, court registrars, managers and company executives will brainstorm with facilitators on key issues and conditions pertaining to alternative dispute resolution, with a view to ensuring greater recourse to ADR. As the sixth of its kind, the N&#8217;Djamena workshop will be followed by another outreach activity on ADR scheduled to take place in Bangui, Central African Republic, on 8 and 9 January 2024,
