Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, received the New Year’s wishes from the staff members of the institution under his leadership on Friday 12 January 2024.<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
On this occasion, Mr Judica\u00ebl Ngomo, Chairman of the Staff Consultative Committee, expressed the staff’s gratitude to the Permanent Secretary for the welfare measures he took shortly after his installation. He expressed the staff’s new expectations and their firm commitment to supporting the Head of the Institution in the execution of his mandate.<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
Receiving the wishes expressed by the staff members, the Permanent Secretary took note of the concerns raised. He urged them to put in their level best to ensure that OHADA successfully meets the legitimate expectations of Member States and stakeholders.<\/i><\/span><\/div>\n
