This Session was preceded, as usual, by the Experts Committee meeting on 3 and 4 February 2024.<\/i><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><i>The Ministers meeting was held in bimodal format, with several delegations attending the meeting physically and others by videoconference. Chaired by <\/i><b><i>H.E. Mrs A\u00efssata TALL SALL<\/i><\/b><i>, Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice of Senegal and President in office of the OHADA Council of Ministers, the OHADA Institutions&#8217; progress report for the 2023 financial year was scrutinized.
