Adopted by the OHADA Council of Ministers on 17 October 2023 in Kinshasa (Democratic Republic of Congo), the new Uniform Act Organising Simplified Recovery Procedures and Enforcement Measures is now available in English. The translation performed by OHADA and revised by the State of Cameroon can be freely accessed online<\/i><\/span>. The distribution points of the hard copy will be communicated subsequently.<\/i><\/span><\/div>\n
The Permanent Secretariat is also working closely with the Republic of Guinea-Bissau and the Republic of Equatorial Guinea to revise and publish the Portuguese and Spanish versions of this new Uniform Act.<\/i><\/span><\/i><\/div>\n
The aim of this translation project is to make all the Uniform Acts and, ultimately, the case law of the CCJA available to the public in all the official languages of the Organisation and in any other languages to meet the needs of OHADA law users.<\/i><\/span><\/div>\n
