Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, was received on Wednesday 17 April 2024 by the Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals of the Republic of Senegal, President-in-office of the Council of Ministers of the Organization.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The two personalities exchanged views on issues of interest to OHADA, in particular the roadmap for the Senegalese chairmanship in 2024, the timeline of top-priority actions including the holding of the Conference of Heads of State and Government, the special meeting of ministers in charge of finance and the tour of OHADA institutions by the President in office of the Council of Ministers.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

The President-in-Office of the Council of Ministers renewed his support for OHADA’s activities and reiterated his commitment to working alongside the Permanent Secretary to ensure the smooth running and success of the projects undertaken.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
