On Friday 3 May 2024, the deliberation room of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration hosted the ceremony to launch the meeting of the inter-institutional committee responsible for restructuring the regulatory framework governing the operation of OHADA institutions. <\/span><\/em>This ad hoc committee, made up of members of the Permanent Secretariat, the CCJA and ERSUMA, was set up by the Permanent Secretary to draw up draft instruments relating to the operation of the institutions, by harnessing in-house expertise with a view to cost-saving standard-setting. <\/span><\/em>The Staff Regulations, the Statute of Judges of the CCJA, the Manual of Administrative, Financial and Accounting Procedures, the Financial Regulations and the Headquarters Agreements all feature among the instruments to be examined by the ad hoc committee, prior to their finalization and submission to the bodies responsible for their adoption. The workshop will run up to 9 May 2024.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n
