Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, undertook a working visit to Niamey (Niger) on 13 May 2024. On this occasion, he was granted audience by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Keeper of the Seals and the Minister Delegate to the Prime Minister of Finance.<\/i><\/span><\/div>\n

Issues relating to OHADA’s activities and the functioning of its institutions were high on the agenda. The effective implementation of OHADA law and the financial sustainability of the Organisation were also addressed.<\/i><\/span><\/div>\n

The Niger authorities renewed their confidence in OHADA as an instrument for promoting economic and social development and reiterated their commitment to the Organisation.<\/i><\/span><\/div>\n
