This session will be held simultaneously on-site in Yaound\u00e9 (Cameroon) and on-line under the theme: &#8220;Intellectual Property Litigation in the OHADA Region\u2019\u2019.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><u>General information : <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Duration\/ Date: Two (02) days, 30 to 31 July 2024<\/li>\n<li><strong>Venue\/broadcasting means:<\/strong> Yaound\u00e9\/OAPI Headquarters and on-line<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start of training<\/strong>: <strong>08:00 (GMT)<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Training code: <strong>ERS2024-F5<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Inscription : <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sigweb.ersuma.org\/formation\/ERS2024-F5\">https:\/\/sigweb.ersuma.org\/formation\/ERS2024-F5<\/a><\/li>\n<li><strong>On-site training costs :<\/strong> <strong>Yaound\u00e9\u00a0<\/strong>: CFA F 180.000<\/li>\n<li><strong>Online<\/strong> <strong>Training costs:<\/strong> CFA F 90.000<\/li>\n<li>Target audience : patent agents; trademark agents; Judicial and legal officers, lawyers; notaries public; lawyers and auditors from banks, financial institutions, decentralized financial systems, investment funds; corporate lawyers;\u00a0 public and private sector executives and agents, professional organizations, merchant banks, investment funds, stock exchange organizations, management and intermediation companies (SGI); bailiffs and enforcement agents; auctioneers; Judicial and Legal Officers; court registrars; court-appointed agents and other interested parties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong><u>Online registration <\/u><\/strong>(mandatory):<\/li>\n<li>Final registration and payment by <strong>19 July 2024 <\/strong>will entitle you to a 10% discount on the training fees. <strong><em><u>NB:<\/u><\/em><\/strong><em> Completion of the online registration form constitutes provisional registration.
