{"id":42421,"date":"2025-02-17T23:45:30","date_gmt":"2025-02-17T22:45:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/?p=42421"},"modified":"2025-02-17T23:48:26","modified_gmt":"2025-02-17T22:48:26","slug":"58th-session-of-the-ohada-council-of-ministers-meeting-of-the-committee-of-experts-officially-launched","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/en\/58th-session-of-the-ohada-council-of-ministers-meeting-of-the-committee-of-experts-officially-launched\/","title":{"rendered":"58th Session of the OHADA Council of Ministers: Meeting of the Committee of Experts officially launched"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- VideographyWP Plugin Message: Automatic video embedding prevented by plugin options. --><\/p>\n<p class=\"s7\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">In preparation for the holding of the 58<\/span><span class=\"s6\">th<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> Session of the OHADA Council of Ministers, proceedings of the Committee of Experts officially kicked off on Monday 17 February 2025 at the King Fahd Palace Hotel in Dakar. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s7\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s2\">After the welcome address by Ms. H\u00e9l\u00e8ne SARR, Executive Secretary of the OHADA National Commission of Senegal, and the special address of Professor Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, the opening ceremony ended with the opening speech by His Excellency <\/span><span class=\"s2\">Mr.<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> Ousmane DIAGNE, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals of the Republic of Senegal, President in office of the OHADA Council of Ministers.
