The event, co-organised by OHADA and the Moroccan section of the Henri Capitant Association, is taking place in the presence of Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, and Dr. Karel DOGUE, Director General of ERSUMA. In three plenary sessions, the conference aims to highlight the contributions of OHADA to the development of the African economic system, the financing of businesses and the settlement<\/span> <span
