Marshal Mahamat Idriss D\u00e9by <\/span><span class=\"s2\">Itno<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s4\">, Head of State of Chad and President-in-office of the Conference of Heads of State and Government. The audience took place in the presence of <\/span><strong><span class=\"s2\">H.E. Youssouf TOM<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s4\">, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the seals in charge of Human Rights of Chad and\u00a0President-in-office of the Council of Ministers, <\/span><strong><span class=\"s2\">Mr. Tahir Hamid <\/span><span class=\"s2\">Nguilin<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s4\">, Minister of State, Minister of Finance, Budget, Economy and Planning, <\/span><strong><span class=\"s2\">Mr. Mahamat Ahmat <\/span><span class=\"s2\">Alhabo<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"s4\">, Minister of State, Secretary General at the Presidency and other close collaborators of the Head of State.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"s5\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s4\">This meeting <\/span><span class=\"s4\">enabled<\/span><span class=\"s4\"> the Permanent Secretary to discuss issues related to Chad\u2019s mandate at the head of OHADA.
