Contributions may not exceed one thousand five hundred (1500) words. They should comply with the BEEP editorial charter (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Charte-editoriale-Bulletin-ERSUMA-de-Pratique-Professionnelle.pdf\">https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Charte-editoriale-Bulletin-ERSUMA-de-Pratique-Professionnelle.pdf<\/a>) and are evaluated by the editing committee.<\/p>\n<p>In this new issue, readers will find scientific contributions such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tax and Customs Regime for Cooperative Companies;<\/li>\n<li>Restrictions on Directors\u2019 Powers in the Liquidation of Company Assets;<\/li>\n<li>The Lawyer as a Key Actor in Debt Enforcement: A Comparative Study of OHADA and French Law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Are you a Judicial and Lagal Officer, Lawyer, Bailiff, Notary Public, Court Registrar, Chartered Accountant, Academic or Company Lawyer?
