ANNOUNCEMENT <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

2025 SECOND ORDINARY SESSION OF THE SCHOOL BOARD OF THE REGIONAL ADVANCED SCHOOL OF MAGISTRACY (ERSUMA)\u00a0<\/span> <\/strong><\/p>\n

Yaound\u00e9, 4 and 5 September 2025<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

On 4 and 5 September 2025, the Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) convened in Yaound\u00e9, Cameroon, the second ordinary session of its School Board for the year 2025, under the effective chairmanship of Dr. Karel Osiris Coffi DOGUE<\/strong>, Director General of ERSUMA and Chair of the Board.<\/p>\n

All members of the Council participated actively in this important session. During the deliberations, the Board members examined and endorsed the report on the activities undertaken, as well as the programme of activities scheduled for 2026.<\/p>\n

The Board Chair expressed sincere appreciation to the members for their commitment and the high quality of their contributions. He further undertook to convey faithfully to the Board of Directors the outcomes of this session and the recommendations formulated at the close of the discussions.<\/p>\n

At the close of the second day\u2019s deliberations, the members of the Board undertook an institutional visit to the Permanent Secretariat of OHADA, with a view to familiarizing themselves with its facilities and gaining a clearer understanding of the working conditions of the staff.<\/p>\n

The School Board of ERSUMA is the statutory body responsible for the institution\u2019s academic deliberations. It meets twice a year to decide on the school\u2019s pedagogical guidelines.<\/p>\n
