{"id":45856,"date":"2026-05-10T07:19:14","date_gmt":"2026-05-10T06:19:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/?p=45856"},"modified":"2026-05-10T07:24:00","modified_gmt":"2026-05-10T06:24:00","slug":"ohada-new-measures-and-strategic-directions-for-the-organisations-funding","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/en\/ohada-new-measures-and-strategic-directions-for-the-organisations-funding\/","title":{"rendered":"OHADA: New Measures and Strategic Directions for the Organisation\u2019s Funding"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- VideographyWP Plugin Message: Automatic video embedding prevented by plugin options. --><br \/>\nMeeting in Lom\u00e9 (Republic of Togo) on Friday, 8 May 2026, the Finance Ministers of the Member States of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) held a special session devoted to the Organisation\u2019s financial governance and financial sustainability.<\/p>\n<p>The opening ceremony featured remarks by the OHADA Permanent Secretary, <strong>Professor Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE<\/strong>, followed by the opening address delivered by<strong> His Excellency Essow\u00e8 Georges BARCOLA<\/strong>, Minister of Finance and Budget of the Togolese Republic and current Co-Chair of the OHADA Council of Ministers.<\/p>\n<p>Discussions focused on a thorough review of OHADA\u2019s financial situation.
