{"id":46002,"date":"2026-05-22T11:03:21","date_gmt":"2026-05-22T10:03:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/?p=46002"},"modified":"2026-05-22T11:50:11","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T10:50:11","slug":"fiprod-2026-official-launch-of-the-4th-edition-by-the-chair-of-the-ohada-council-of-ministers","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/en\/fiprod-2026-official-launch-of-the-4th-edition-by-the-chair-of-the-ohada-council-of-ministers\/","title":{"rendered":"FIPROD 2026 : Official Launch of the 4th Edition by the Chair of the OHADA Council of Ministers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- VideographyWP Plugin Message: Automatic video embedding prevented by plugin options. --><br \/>\nThe official launch ceremony for the 4th edition of the International Forum of Legal and Accounting Professionals (FIPROD) was held on 20 May 2026 at the Sarakawa Hotel in Lom\u00e9, Togo.<\/p>\n<p>Organised by ERSUMA, the OHADA School of Law, under the High Patronage of the President of the Council of the Togolese Republic, this edition is being held under the theme :<strong> \u201cBusiness Contracting Techniques in Africa.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The opening ceremony featured addresses delivered respectively by <strong>Dr Karel Osiris Coffi DOGUE<\/strong>, Director General of ERSUMA ; <strong>Professor<\/strong> <strong>Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE<\/strong>, Permanent Secretary of OHADA ; and <strong>Mr Pac\u00f4me ADJOUROUVI<\/strong>, Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice and Human Rights of Togo and current Chair of the OHADA Council of Ministers.<\/p>\n<p>The event was also attended by <strong>Mr Tchangbedji GADO<\/strong>, Minister Delegate in charge of Higher Education, and <strong>Mr Adelino Francisco SANCA<\/strong>, representing the President of the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA). The keynote lecture was delivered by <strong>Professor Koffi Mawunyo AGBENOTO<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This 4th edition of FIPROD is bringing together, over a three-day period and in a hybrid format, more than 150 legal and accounting professionals.
