{"id":25633,"date":"2016-05-09T17:41:00","date_gmt":"2016-05-09T15:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/ohada-firma-acuerdo-de-cooperacion-con-oapi\/"},"modified":"2020-11-04T10:56:02","modified_gmt":"2020-11-04T09:56:02","slug":"ohada-firma-acuerdo-de-cooperacion-con-oapi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/es\/ohada-firma-acuerdo-de-cooperacion-con-oapi\/","title":{"rendered":"OHADA firma Acuerdo de Cooperaci\u00f3n con OAPI"},"content":{"rendered":"<!-- VideographyWP Plugin Message: Automatic video embedding prevented by plugin options. -->\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>La versi\u00f3n en espa\u00f1ol de este contenido estar\u00e1 disponible pr\u00f3ximamente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Pr Doroth\u00e9 Cossi SOSSA, Secr\u00e9taire Permanent de l\u2019Organisation pour l\u2019Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires (OHADA) et le Dr Paulin EDOU EDOU,&nbsp;Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Organisation Africaine de la Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 Intellectuelle (OAPI) ont sign\u00e9, le 09 mai 2016 \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9, un Accord de coop\u00e9ration entre ces deux organisations d\u2019int\u00e9gration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans leurs discours de circonstance, le Secr\u00e9taire Permanent de l\u2019OHADA et le Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019OAPI ont, l\u2019un et l\u2019autre, soulign\u00e9 la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 des actions des deux Organisations s\u0153urs : la quasi-identit\u00e9 des Etats membres des deux organisations, l\u2019imbrication du droit de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle et du droit des affaires OHADA, l\u2019identit\u00e9 de la m\u00e9thode d\u2019int\u00e9gration en usage dans les deux Organisations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es comme autant de facteurs militant pour une rationalisation des interventions et une coop\u00e9ration accrue.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il convient de souligner que l\u2019Accord de coop\u00e9ration qui vient d\u2019\u00eatre conclu s\u2019inscrit dans la dynamique de concertation prescrite par la Conf\u00e9rence des Chefs d\u2019Etat et de Gouvernement lors de sa r\u00e9union tenue \u00e0 Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) le 17 octobre 2013, \u00e0 la faveur de la c\u00e9l\u00e9bration du 20e anniversaire de l\u2019OHADA. Dans cette m\u00eame logique, l\u2019OHADA a d\u00e9j\u00e0 n\u00e9goci\u00e9 avec diverses organisations et institutions sous-r\u00e9gionales productrices de normes un cadre permanent de concertation, afin de pr\u00e9venir en amont les conflits de normes et de comp\u00e9tences. L\u2019Accord de coop\u00e9ration conclu avec l\u2019OAPI marque un nouveau progr\u00e8s dans l\u2019affermissement de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 juridique sur le continent africain. \/-<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Le Secr\u00e9taire Permanent,<\/strong><br>\n<strong>Pr Doroth\u00e9 C.
