L\u2019objectif vis\u00e9 est de rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation d\u00e9ficitaire de nombreux outils juridiques contenus dans plusieurs Actes uniformes et qui, utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 bon escient, am\u00e9lioreraient aussi bien le confort des acteurs \u00e9conomiques que le classement des Etats membres de l\u2019OHADA dans les diff\u00e9rents Rapports Doing Business. Aussi l\u2019Atelier regroupe-t-il des participants issus des professions juridiques et de divers corps de m\u00e9tiers utilisateurs du droit OHADA : magistrats, avocats, notaires, huissiers, greffiers, banquiers, repr\u00e9sentants du patronat, des chambres de commerce, des chambres de m\u00e9tiers et des centres de gestion agr\u00e9\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u2019il s\u2019inscrit naturellement dans le cadre des actions de vulgarisation et de promotion du droit OHADA, l\u2019Atelier d\u2019Abidjan, comme ceux de Dakar et de N\u2019Djamena qui l\u2019ont pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9, et comme ceux qui suivront \u00e0 Ouagadougou, Moroni et Malabo, vise plus sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 promouvoir un secteur priv\u00e9 toujours plus performant, moteur de croissance \u00e9conomique que de d\u00e9veloppement humain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le Secr\u00e9taire Permanent remercie \u00e0 cette occasion les Gouvernements des Etats qui ont bien voulu autoriser la tenue de ces rencontres, et le Groupe de la Banque Mondiale dont le soutien financier a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cisif pour l\u2019organisation de tous ces Ateliers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"text-align: right;\"><strong>Le Secr\u00e9taire Permanent,<\/strong><br>\n<strong>Pr Doroth\u00e9 C.
