Esta sesi\u00f3n estuvo precedida, como de costumbre, de la reuni\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 de Expertos, los d\u00edas 3 y 4 de febrero de 2024.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><em><span data-ogsc=\"black\">La reuni\u00f3n de los Ministros se celebr\u00f3 en bimodal, con varias delegaciones presentes f\u00edsicamente y otras en videoconferencia. Bajo la presidencia de <strong>S.E. Sra. A\u00efssata TALL SALL<\/strong>, Guardi\u00e1n de los Sellos, Ministra de Justicia de Senegal y Presidenta en ejercicio del Consejo de Ministros de la OHADA, el informe de actividad de las Instituciones por el a\u00f1o 2023 y los expedientes financieros han sido examinados. Particularmente, el Consejo de Ministros ha adoptado al final de sus trabajos, el presupuesto 2024 de las Instituciones de la OHADA.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: right;\"><strong><em><span data-ogsc=\"black\">El Secretario Permanente<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: right;\"><strong><em><span data-ogsc=\"black\">Pr.
