Organizado por la Secretar\u00eda Permanente en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de la OHADA de Gab\u00f3n<\/span><\/em><em> <span data-ogsc=\"black\">y el apoyo de la Uni\u00f3n Europea en el marco del Programa de Apoyo a la Integraci\u00f3n Regional y la Inversi\u00f3n en \u00c1frica Central (PAIRIAC), este seminario re\u00fane a profesionales del Derecho en Libreville, pero tambi\u00e9n en Port-Gentil, Franceville y Oyem. Tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 abierto a participantes en l\u00ednea.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><em>Durante tres d\u00edas, los participantes debatir\u00e1n con los animadores diversos mecanismos innovadores de los Actos Uniformes, con un lugar especial para el nuevo Acto Uniforme sobre la organizaci\u00f3n de procedimientos simplificados de cobro y v\u00edas de ejecuci\u00f3n adoptado en Kinshasa el 17 de octubre de 2023. El objetivo que se pretende lograr es mejorar sustancialmente las pr\u00e1cticas profesionales para una mejor financiaci\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda.<\/em><\/p>\n<div id='gallery-1' class='gallery
