{"id":41428,"date":"2024-10-10T22:17:44","date_gmt":"2024-10-10T21:17:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/?p=41428"},"modified":"2024-10-10T22:31:08","modified_gmt":"2024-10-10T21:31:08","slug":"comunicado-del-taller-de-bangui","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ohada.org\/es\/comunicado-del-taller-de-bangui\/","title":{"rendered":"Comunicado del Taller de Bangui"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!-- VideographyWP Plugin Message: Automatic video embedding prevented by plugin options. --><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Despu\u00e9s del seminario de junio de 2024 sobre las innovaciones de los Actos uniformes OHADA, Bangui, la capital econ\u00f3mica y pol\u00edtica de la Rep\u00fablica Centroafricana (RCA) albergue del 09 al 10 de octubre de 2024 un taller de vulgarizaci\u00f3n de los m\u00e9todos alternativos de soluci\u00f3n de controversias (MASC) organizado por la Secretar\u00eda Permanente en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional OHADA (CNO) de Centro\u00e1frica, y financiado por la Uni\u00f3n europea en el marco del Programa de Apoyo a la Integraci\u00f3n Regional y la Inversi\u00f3n en \u00c1frica Central (PAIRIAC). La ceremonia de apertura fue marcada con la presencia del Se\u00f1or <strong>Olivier BOGUET<\/strong>, representante del Jefe de Delegaci\u00f3n de la Uni\u00f3n Europea en RCA, en presencia del Se\u00f1or <strong>Saint-Paul NDONGO SINDO<\/strong>, Presidente de la CNO.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\">Los participantes, integrados por Magistrados de Cortes y Tribunales, Notarios, Abogados, Agentes Judiciales, directivos, Juristas de Banco y Profesores universitarios, debatieron durante dos d\u00edas sobre los MASC, especialmente sobre aquellos regulados
