Las dos delegaciones, dirigidas respectivamente por el <strong>Profesor Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE<\/strong>, Secretario Permanente de la OHADA y <strong>Sr. Badanam PATOKI<\/strong>, Presidente de la AMF-UMOA, han intercambiado opiniones sobre tres grandes desaf\u00edos en materia de elaboraci\u00f3n de informe (reporting): la finalizaci\u00f3n del Referencial Contable Espec\u00edfico (en franc\u00e9s RCS), la aplicaci\u00f3n de normas IFRS por las sociedades cotizadas, y la introducci\u00f3n de normas de sostenibilidad. Este encuentro marca un importante avance hacia la armonizaci\u00f3n de las pr\u00e1cticas contables, mejor transparencia de los mercados financieros regionales\u00a0y financiaci\u00f3n sostenible de la econom\u00eda de los Estados miembros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;
