Armando KOTE ECHUACA<\/b>, Embajador de la Rep\u00fablica de Guinea Ecuatorial en Camer\u00fan y Decano del cuerpo diplom\u00e1tico, y el mi\u00e9rcoles 17 de diciembre\u00a0de 2025 por la<b> Sra.
