La Cour Commune de Justice et d\u2019arbitrage de l\u2019Organisation pour l\u2019Harmonisation en Afrique du Droit des Affaires (CCJA) est l\u2019institution cl\u00e9 de l\u2019OHADA. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e depuis 1998 et a rendu ses premi\u00e8res d\u00e9cisions en 2001.<\/p>\n

Depuis le 10 avril 2015, la CCJA se compose de treize juges \u00e9lus par le Conseil des Ministres de l\u2019OHADA pour un mandat de 7 ans non renouvelable. Les Juges \u00e9lisent en leur sein un Pr\u00e9sident et deux vice-pr\u00e9sidents pour un mandat de trois ans et demi non renouvelable. La Cour a actuellement trois chambres (deux chambres de cinq juges et une troisi\u00e8me de trois juges). Le trait\u00e9 relatif \u00e0 l\u2019OHADA, compl\u00e9t\u00e9 par un R\u00e8glement de proc\u00e9dure devant la CCJA, organise le fonctionnement de la Cour et le statut de ses juges.<\/p>\n

La Cour a son si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Abidjan, mais elle peut si\u00e9ger en tout autre endroit sur le territoire de l\u2019un des dix sept Etats membres de l\u2019Organisation. Elle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 tenu des audiences foraines dans plusieurs Etats membres de l\u2019OHADA ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
