Elle b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&#8217;un statut international. Tous les Etats parties au Trait\u00e9 sont de droit membres de l&#8217;ERSUMA. Tout Etat adh\u00e9rant au Trait\u00e9 apr\u00e8s son entr\u00e9e en vigueur devient membre de l&#8217;ERSUMA.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois l&#8217;ERSUMA peut accueillir ponctuellement des ressortissants d&#8217;Etats non membres, apr\u00e8s accord du Conseil d&#8217;Administration. La finalit\u00e9 de l&#8217;ERSUMA est d&#8217;\u0153uvrer \u00e0 l&#8217;am\u00e9lioration de l&#8217;environnement juridique et judiciaire dans l&#8217;ensemble des Etats membres.<\/p>\n<p>En particulier, l&#8217;ERSUMA est charg\u00e9e d&#8217;assurer la formation et le perfectionnement des magistrats et des auxiliaires de justice des Etats membres en droit harmonis\u00e9 et en droit des affaires.
