Os trabalhos, tamb\u00e9m abertos \u00e0 participantes em linha, decorrem na presen\u00e7a efectiva do <strong>Professor Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE<\/strong>, Secret\u00e1rio Permanente da OHADA.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><em>Durante dois dias, magistrados, advogados, not\u00e1rios, oficiais de justi\u00e7a, escriv\u00e3es, dirigentes e quadros de empresas discutir\u00e3o com os facilitadores em torno dos desafios e modalidades de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o alternativa de diferendos, tendo em vista uma utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o mais frequente dos MARD. Sexto do g\u00eanero, o atelier de N\u2019Djamena, ser\u00e1 seguido de uma outra actividade de divulga\u00e7\u00e3o dos MARD em Bangui, na Rep\u00fablica Centro-Africana, nos dias 8 e 9 de janeiro de
