Organizado pelo Secretariado Permanente em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a Comiss\u00e3o Nacional OHADA do Gab\u00e3o e com o apoio da Uni\u00e3o Europeia no \u00e2mbito do Programa de Apoio \u00e0 Integra\u00e7\u00e3o Regional e ao Investimento na \u00c1frica Central (PAIRIAC), este semin\u00e1rio re\u00fane profissionais de direito estabelecidos em Libreville, mas tamb\u00e9m em Port-Gentil, Franceville e Oyem. Tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 aberto aos participantes em linha.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: justify;\"><em>Durante tr\u00eas dias, os participantes discutir\u00e3o com os facilitadores v\u00e1rios mecanismos inovadores dos Actos Uniformes, com destaque para o novo Acto Uniforme sobre a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de processos simplificados de cobran\u00e7a e vias de execu\u00e7\u00e3o adoptado em Kinshasa \u00e0 17 de Outubro de 2023.
