Esta reuni\u00e3o permitiu fazer um balan\u00e7o da vida e atividades do Tribunal no \u00faltimo ano judicial. Verific\u00e1mos assim que at\u00e9 30 de Setembro de 2024, o CCJA tratou 322 processos na sua forma\u00e7\u00e3o judici\u00e1ria, ou seja, mais do que os 284 do ano anterior e uma taxa de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de 103%. N\u00e3o foi registado nenhum pedido de parecer durante o per\u00edodo de refer\u00eancia. Por outro lado, notou-se uma ligeira progress\u00e3o nos processos arbitrais, que dever\u00e3o conhecer uma verdadeira melhoria, com as a\u00e7\u00f5es em curso, para redinamizar o Centro de Arbitragem.
