O <i>atelier<\/i>, que re\u00fane presencialmente os Presidentes e Vice-Presidentes dos CNO, est\u00e1 aberto em linha \u00e0 todos os restantes membros destas estruturas, bem como \u00e0 todo o pessoal da OHADA. O encontro pretende dotar convenientemente os participantes de t\u00e9cnicas de concep\u00e7\u00e3o, elabora\u00e7\u00e3o e reda\u00e7\u00e3o de textos normativos, de forma \u00e0 melhorar a qualidade substancial e formal da produ\u00e7\u00e3o normativa da OHADA, mas tamb\u00e9m do direito interno complementar aos Atos Uniformes.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">Este <i>atelier<\/i>\u00a0de tr\u00eas dias \u00e9 organizado com o apoio da Ag\u00eancia Francesa de Desenvolvimento (AFD). E faz parte da estrat\u00e9gia de valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o e reposicionamento institucional das CNO desejada pelo Secret\u00e1rio Permanente.<\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\">\u00c0 margem dos trabalhos, o <b>Professor<\/b> <b>Mayatta<\/b> <b>Ndiaye<\/b> <b>MBAYE<\/b>, Secret\u00e1rio Permanente da OHADA, lan\u00e7ar\u00e1 oficialmente as atividades do Centro de Investiga\u00e7\u00e3o Jur\u00eddica de Madag\u00e1scar. Nesta ocasi\u00e3o, ser\u00e1 organizada uma mesa redonda na sexta-feira, dia 20 de Dezembro de 2024, subordinada ao tema: \u201c<i>O direito dos neg\u00f3ciios no espa\u00e7o OHADA: entre a
