Depois de discutirem sobre o estado de funcionamento das Institui\u00e7\u00f5es, as duas personalidades fizeram um balan\u00e7o do roteiro para o mandato do Tchad \u00e0 frente da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. As pr\u00f3ximas actividades institucionais e muitos outras quest\u00f5es importantes na vida da OHADA tamb\u00e9m preencheram as discuss\u00f5es. Para al\u00e9m das habituais sess\u00f5es do Conselho de Ministros, est\u00e1 prevista uma reuni\u00e3o da Confer\u00eancia de Chefes de Estado e de Governo, uma sess\u00e3o especial dos Ministros das Finan\u00e7as sobre o financiamento da OHADA, um col\u00f3quio internacional sobre intelig\u00eancia artificial em \u00c1frica em Outubro de 2025, bem como a primeira edi\u00e7\u00e3o da Semana Africana de Arbitragem, Justi\u00e7a e Informa\u00e7\u00e3o Comerciais (SAAJIC), que se realizar\u00e1 em Cotonou (Benim) no pr\u00f3ximo m\u00eas de Julho.<\/i><\/div>\n<div class=\"elementToProof\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\"><i>Recordemos que a SAAJIC tem a voca\u00e7\u00e3o de ser um quadro de reflex\u00e3o, concerta\u00e7\u00e3o, orienta\u00e7\u00e3o e promo\u00e7\u00e3o da justi\u00e7a comercial, da informa\u00e7\u00e3o comercial e de m\u00e9todos alternativos de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de lit\u00edgios em \u00c1frica.
