ERSUMA, the OHADA Business Law School of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa, is pleased to announce the release of Issue No. 84 of the ERSUMA Professional Practice Bulletin (BEPP).
The BEPP is organised into six sections: Reports, Case law, regional community laws, national laws, professional practice and news in brief. It welcomes all contributions relating to current developments in business law, whether relating to the domestic law of OHADA Member States, OHADA law, other African regional legal systems or comparative law. Contributions may not exceed one thousand five hundred (1500) words. They should comply with the BEPP editorial guidelines (https://www.ohada.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/06/Charte-editoriale-Bulletin-ERSUMA-de-Pratique-Professionnelle.pdf) and are evaluated by the editorial board.
