Presentation of the SPO
The Permanent Secretariat is the executive body of OHADA, its main functions are:
- Assisting the Council of Ministers and coordinating the activities of institutions
- Preparing and following up the adoption procedure of Uniform Acts
- Publishing Uniform Acts in the OHADA Official Gazette
- Supervising ERSUMA, the Higher Regional School of Magistracy
