« 12ème numéro de la Revue de l’ERSUMA »
Le Centre de Recherche de l’École Régionale Supérieure de la Magistrature (CRERSUMA) lance un appel à contributions pour le 12ème numéro de la « Revue de l’ERSUMA » au titre du 1er semestre de l’année 2020.
Dans cette revue semestrielle de droit africain et comparé des affaires, sont publiées toutes contributions relatives au droit national des États parties, au droit de l’OHADA, aux autres droits communautaires africains, au droit comparé ou toutes autres branches du droit des affaires.
1. Spécifications techniques des contributions :
La Revue de l’ERSUMA comprend les quatre (04) rubriques ci-après :
- Études doctrinales;
- Législation ;
- Jurisprudence ;
- Pratique professionnelle.
Les contributions doivent impérativement respecter les exigences de la Charte éditoriale de la Revue disponible en cliquant sur le lien ci-dessous :

- Les contributions sont reçues uniquement par voie électronique en format Word à l’adresse suivante : ⦁ ersuma@ohada.org;
- Les contributions feront l’objet d’une évaluation par le Comité scientifique et le Comité de rédaction de la Revue.

« 12th issue of ERSUMA’s Review »
The Research Centre of the High Regional School of Magistracy (CRERSUMA) invites proposals for papers in the framework of the 12th issue of the “ERSUMA REVIEW” covering the first semester of the year 2020.
This biannual review of African and comparative business law contains all contributions relating to the national law of the States Parties, OHADA law, other African community law, comparative law or any other branch of business law.
1. Technical specifications for the contributions:
ERSUMA Review covers the following four (04) sections:
- Doctrinal Studies;
- Legislation ;
- Caselaw;
- Professional Practice.
