The Board of Directors of the Regional School of Magistracy of the Organisation for the Harmonisation of Business Law in Africa (ERSUMA) has been holding its 20th Ordinary Session in Bujumbura, Burundi, and online since Thursday, 13 November 2025.
The session was opened by Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA and Board Chair of the ERSUMA, in the presence of Ms. Esther MOUTNGUI, President of the CCJA and Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors, and Dr. Karel DOGUE, Director General of the School and Secretary to the Board.
This two-day session provides an opportunity to consider several key items, including the assessment of the school’s activities; draft instruments relating to the scholarship programme, the thesis award, the OHADA Academic Chair, and the certification of ERSUMA’s activities. The 2026 programme of activities and budgetary matters are also on the agenda.
