“INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LITIGATION IN THE OHADA REGION’’

CAMEROON – VIDEOCONFERENCE

The Regional Advanced School of Magistracy (ERSUMA), in partnership with the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI) is organising a bimodal training session from 30 to 31 July 2024. This session will be held simultaneously on-site in Yaoundé (Cameroon) and on-line under the theme: “Intellectual Property Litigation in the OHADA Region’’.

  • Target audience : patent agents; trademark agents; Judicial and legal officers, lawyers; notaries public; lawyers and auditors from banks, financial institutions, decentralized financial systems, investment funds; corporate lawyers;  public and private sector executives and agents, professional organizations, merchant banks, investment funds, stock exchange organizations, management and intermediation companies (SGI); bailiffs and enforcement agents; auctioneers; Judicial and Legal Officers; court registrars; court-appointed agents and other interested parties.

  • Online registration (mandatory):
  • Final registration and payment by 19 July 2024 will entitle you to a 10% discount on the training fees. NB: Completion of the online registration form constitutes provisional registration. Payment of the training fees constitutes final enrolment.
  • Participants attending by video-conference will receive their connection and participation code once they have sent their payment slip toersuma@ohada.org / ersuma@ohada.org or upon validation of their online payment ;
  • Participants attending the course on-site will receive notification that their payment has been validated and will be invited to join the course.
