In line with its statutory mandate of building the capacity of stakeholders in OHADA law and other African community laws, the Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA) launches its training program for 2018. There are seventeen (17) training sessions to be held in different countries, taking into account the geographical distribution of Member States and the need to promote OHADA law outside its space.
In this catalog, the proposed trainings are listed chronologically according to their date of realization and will each be the subject of a detailed presentation in the OHADA’s official website (www.ohada.org).
The catalog does not include trainings that will be realized pursuant to training partnership agreements signed by ERSUMA with the professional orders and other public or private training structures.
Companies or organizations that have identified a training need may also seek the ERSUMA’s expertise for scientific, pedagogic and material preparation of such trainings as well as their effective implementation.
