TOGO – VIDEOCONFERENCE

The Higher Regional School of Magistracy (ERSUMA) of the Organization for Business Law in Africa (OHADA), in partnership with the International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (CIAM) and SIRE OHADA, is organizing two training sessions to be held simultaneously on-site at CIAM headquarters in Lomé (Togo) and by videoconference from 4-8 March 2024.

Topic 1: “Operations involved in the sale of business assets“.

  • Target audience : Court-appointed representatives; contract managers; lawyers and auditors from banks, financial institutions, decentralized financial systems and investment funds; in-house lawyers; bank lawyers; insurance lawyers; executives and agents from the public and private sectors, professional organizations, investment banks, investment funds, stock exchange organizations, management and intermediation companies (SGI); bailiffs and enforcement agents; auctioneers and other interested parties.
