On 29 March 2024, the Conference Room of the OHADA Permanent Secretariat hosted a working session between an OHADA delegation led by Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary, and a CEMAC delegation led by Dr Charles ASSAMBA ONGODO, Vice-President of the Commission. This consultation meeting, which aimed to revitalise cooperation between the two organisations, provided an opportunity to discuss a number of issues of common interest. Among the issues discussed was the rekindling of the cooperation agreement signed on 24 June 2002 between the two institutions.
