On 3 April 2024, the OHADA Permanent Secretariat hosted a working visit with Mr Alain Tienmfoltien TRAORE and Ms Matina DEEN from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). The delegation held a working session with the OHADA team led by Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary. Discussions gave room to review the historical background to the partnership between OHADA and IFC, as well as to discuss the progress and prospects of the activities covered by the current cooperation.
