On Tuesday 29 April 2025, the Boardroom of the University of Paris 2 Panthéon Assas hosted a conference to present the book entitled “Droit OHADA et autres systèmes de droit écrit – Études comparatives et perspectives d’élargissement” (OHADA law and other written law systems – comparative studies and prospects for expansion). The book, published by Lamy Liaisons, was produced as part of a project run by the NGO ACP Legal Océan Indien, in partnership with the Fondation de Droit continental and the Groupement des Entreprises de Madagascar (GEM). This publication follows that of the book entitled “Madagascar – OHADA – France, Etudes de droit des affaires compare”(Madagascar – OHADA – France, comparative business law studies), published in 2023 by the same publisher.
Consisting of contributions by authors from various backgrounds, this book takes a comparative approach to address various business law issues in the context of the ever-closer ties between OHADA and the Republic of Madagascar.
