Prof. Mayatta Ndiaye MBAYE, Permanent Secretary of OHADA, was received in audience on Tuesday 10 September 2024 by Mr. Jean de Dieu MOMO, Minister Delegate to the Minister of State, Minister of Justice, Keeper of the Seals of the Republic of Cameroon. The two personalities exchanged views on various issues concerning OHADA, in particular the recent developments regarding the improvement of social climate, promotion of the Organization and the reinforcement of its relations with technical and financial partners.
