On the sidelines of the OHADA National Commissions meeting held from 4 to 6 March 2024 in Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire), the OHADA Permanent Secretary was received in audience on 7 March 2024 by Her Excellency the Minister of Economy, Planning and Development of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire.
The two personalities sized up current issues relating to the Organization. Issues discussed included, among others, the financing of OHADA, the increased participation of finance ministers in OHADA Council of Ministers meetings and the planned organization of a special session for ministers of finance. The Minister of Economy, Planning and Development took due note of the Permanent Secretary’s suggestions and made a few recommendations.
